Fred received a Bachelor of Science degree from the U. S. Merchant Marine Academy. He received a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from Tulane University. Fred is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida. He also holds a Series 65 and license with the NASD.
Fred has more than 35 years of diverse business experience. Fred began his business career in private industry, including positions as a cost accountant, financial planning analyst and corporate controller. Fred began his public accounting career with Arthur Andersen in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1985. Fred has more than 30 years of continuous public accounting experience with national, regional and local CPA firms. His experience with several different CPA firms covers a wide range of industries. Fred is the firm’s Senior Tax Partner and is responsible for various tax compliance and planning services.
Fred has been engaged as an expert witness several times during his career for divorce cases in St. Johns County. Fred is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Estate Planning Council of Northeast Florida.
